OntarioHVACQuotes.ca is a lead generation service that connects Ontario homeowners with licensed HVAC contractors. The site is operated by MarketingLabs (hello@marketinglabs.ca).

What information we collect

When you complete the quote request form, we collect:

• Your postal code and home details (type, size, fuel type)
• Information about your HVAC needs as entered in the survey

How we use your information

Your information is shared with one or more licensed HVAC contractors in your area so they can contact you with a free quote. We do not sell your information to marketing lists or third-party advertisers.

CASL consent

By submitting your information, you provide express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to be contacted by licensed HVAC contractors regarding your quote request. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@marketinglabs.ca.

Your rights under PIPEDA

Rebate program disclaimer

References to government rebate programs on this site and in our advertising are for informational purposes only. Rebate eligibility, amounts, and availability vary based on individual circumstances, home type, equipment selected, and program availability at the time of installation.

Ontario homeowners may be eligible for incentives from programs including but not limited to:

• Home Renovation Savings program — delivered by Save on Energy (IESO) and Enbridge Gas, supported by the Government of Ontario
• Oil to Heat Pump Affordability (OHPA) program — federal program administered by Natural Resources Canada, for income-eligible households currently heating with oil

The Canada Greener Homes Grant and Canada Greener Homes Loan are closed to new applicants.

Maximum combined rebate amounts depend on program stacking eligibility, which changes over time. OntarioHVACQuotes.ca makes no guarantee of rebate eligibility or specific rebate amounts. Speak with your contractor and visit official program websites to confirm current eligibility and amounts before making any purchase decisions.
